Hi everyone! To complete cold weather ensembles this season, simply add a scarf. Large selections online definitely make your search easier. As I’ve mentioned in previous posts; I shop 100% online. Weekend and holiday crowds, pesky sales people, picked over clothing, and that awful blaring music seriously deters me from even thinking about a mall. Now I’m not adverse to shipping items to stores to save on costs every now and again. In this shot I’m wearing a popular plaid scarf seen season after season.

As always, thanks for stopping by,
Honestly, I’ve never enjoyed fall/winter weather styling. As a native Texan, it’s not unusual to experience all four season within a week; during our “so called” winter season! Experiencing this, I never purchase loads of fall/winter clothing. I choose to stick to a basic color palate and ride the wave to warmer weather. Check out a few looks I’ve put together accomplishing this.

Hey Everyone! Today I’m showcasing the continuation of my Fall/Winter Look Book started in late September. Both work and family obligations delayed the process a bit, but I’ve worked diligently towards its completion (while anxiously awaiting warmer weather)!
Growing up in the 70s, I witnessed the “fur coat mania”. Even my mom wore them; throughout the 70s and 80s! Since I’ve always wanted one; I went for it! I jumped for joy after seeing them on sale at hm.com a few weeks ago.
First of all, the vibrant burgundy color is “the business”! Also, this coat is super warm and cozy! I love, love, love it! Did I mention how much I love it? LoL
I paired the look with a white dress shirt, a gray skinny tie, a white cab hat, animal print pumps, (old, from lulus.com) and black ankle length trousers, also from hm.com.
